ABOUT ME

Before we get too deep, let me introduce myself. I'm Amanda! A wife, mom to 2 girls, Christian, and an enneagram 9, 6, or 3 (HELP ME!). I love to learn, create, teach, and DIY just about anything (even when it's not sensical).

I've always had a passion for wellness and movement, but at times it was all-consuming and life-sucking. Now, I have finally found joy AND FREEDOM in my wellness pursuit. It's still a daily battle, but I've got a good Father fighting for and with me... and so do you.

 

I'm certified through Revelation Wellness to teach fitness classes and lead wellness groups. I have several workouts you can try on my YouTube channel.
